Citizens' budget 2019 - deadline for proposals extended

The path from participatory budgeting to the participatory budget is not quite as easy as we had imagined. We have all been through some exciting weeks with crucial elections and decisions - so exciting, in fact, that the new participatory budget has only really attracted attention in the last two weeks. In the midst of the numerous posters, it was simply very difficult to visibly promote the new concept in April and May.

As the city administration, we have therefore decided to extend the deadline for proposals for 2019 to 31.08.2019, in deviation from the rules.

And it really isn't complicated:

Submit a proposal including a cost estimate (please note the general conditions for validity),
get enough votes,
submit invoices.

You can find all the information here in the portal or summarized in the flyer under Downloads. It can take up to 14 days to check the validity of a proposal. All proposals will be published - even those that do not comply with the rules, of course with a justification.
