Project-related development plan "Steinweg Tower"

On 18.04.2018, the Jena City Council passed the resolution to draw up the project-related development plan VBB-J 41 "Steinweg Tower". In recent months, the commissioned planning office has obtained the necessary expert opinions and prepared the preliminary draft for the development plan.

We cordially invite all interested parties to the public information event as part of the early participation in accordance with Section 3 (1) BauGB. After the presentation of the current planning status, representatives of the developer, the planning office and the city administration will be happy to answer your questions.

You will also have the opportunity to comment on the project during the public display of the planning documents. The public display will take place from 03.06. to 17.06.2019, all information can be found in the official gazette, which will be published on 30.05.2019, as well as on the municipal project list.
