Brief description of the proposal

Better development of roads and the transport network. Jena is very congested at rush hours compared to other cities. Intelligent traffic light control and upgraded roads would reduce the emission of pollutants, because everyone who is home from work sooner is less stressed and emits less pollutants while standing in "stop and go" all the time.
