Rubbish bins along the Ferwärme pipeline to the Sparkassenarena

Short description of the proposal
We as dog owners have noticed for a long time that there is no trash can between the Sparkassenarena in Burgau and the Paradies.
Here we would like to see 3-4 rubbish bins distributed along the length to make it easier for dog owners to dispose of the poo bags and avoid wild accumulations of rubbish.
