Short description of the proposal

Next to the eastern side of the meadow bridge there is a triangular area which is excellently suited (analogous to the barbecue area in the paradise behind the skating track). Easily accessible on foot and by bicycle and at a sufficient distance from residential buildings, a public barbecue and fireplace could be created here in a timely manner, which many residents and small groups have long desired. The location on the Saale River is also a plus from a fire safety standpoint. I refer to the existing fire pits on the hills, which are well and frequently overused, but are almost exclusively accessed by car. We would like to see this implemented before an overall concept for this area is completed.
